I am an intensive care physician and economist working at the intersection of clinical care and capital decision-making.My work focuses on how healthcare systems invest financial and human capital - particularly in high-pressure and uncertain environments.I apply economic decision logic to structure investment choices, compare alternatives, quantify trade-offs, and test feasibility under different scenarios. By integrating financial and scenario modelling with crisis resource management principles, I evaluate how capital allocation perform when systems are under stress.Concretely, I assess infrastructure expansion, workforce upskilling, service redesign, and crisis preparedness initiatives, analysing their sustainability, risk profile, and clinical and ethical impact before capital is committed.My objective is simple: to ensure that capital allocation decisions are economically robust, operationally resilient, and genuinely strengthen patient care.
