As the Residency Program Director for the Postgraduate Year Two (PGY-2) Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Residency, I am privileged to lead and mentor the next generation of pharmacy leaders dedicated to advancing patient care and operational excellence across complex healthcare systems.In this role, I oversee all aspects of program design, accreditation compliance, resident recruitment, and leadership development.
