I am a Food Scientist with professional experience in food processing, specifically: cheese make, emulsion encapsulation, spray drying, fluid bed coating technology, novel pasteurization processing, high-pressure homogenization, membrane and column separation, shelf life studies, and food microbiology. I want to play a part in the food industry developing products that benefit people’s well-being and health. My interest for our globally changing environment has motivated me to participate in a climate change organization, a food waste recovery group, and biking to work.
