As the Director of People at Look Ahead Care and Support, I am responsible for leading the people strategy and delivering the best employee experience for over 1,500 staff and bank workers across London and the South East. I have over 25 years of experience in HR, organisational development, transformation, culture, engagement and coaching, with a Fellowship CIPD qualification and an ILM Level 7 diploma in Executive Coaching and Mentoring.My passion is to find new and more innovative ways of supporting and improving the people aspects of any business, especially in the challenging and rewarding sector of social care and social housing. I have a proven track record of inspiring and motivating teams to deliver great performance as well as managing complex change projects. I also pride myself on building excellent relationships with senior managers and stakeholders across the organisation and the sector, to deliver a high quality and business-focused people service.
