One team. Four continents. Eleven locations.I co-lead a global, hybrid team of Solution Support Architects at SAP, across Canada, Brazil, Ireland, Germany, Czech Republic, India, and China. The cultural diversity that comes with it is something I genuinely value. Different perspectives on trust, communication, and collaboration have made me a better leader than any course or framework could.That experience also became my research focus. My 2025 MBA thesis on hybrid leadership in the IT industry was graded 1,0 and recognised as top of class.
