The aim being to build the business by gaining more principles to represent, and to add services & grow geographically. The concept was based on bespoke professional service where the operators know the business inside out and can use their expertise to provide top quality service at the best possible price and timing, shipping to very specific markets. With the owners being hands on in the business, their plan was to build a clientele by reputation for providing a niche service. To provide a one stop shop for Containerized cargo—both LCL (less than container load), and FCL (full container loads), and also Break Bulk cargo.
