I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker certified in addressing Complex PTSD and attachment trauma. I have experience working with trauma in substance abuse treatment and low-income communities. I received the Minority Fellowship Award from the Council of Social Work Education for my work with at-risk teens. I am a Neuro Affective Relational Model certified therapist and Webinar presenter at the NARM Training Institute. I own a private practice called Clear and Connected Counseling LLC for individual therapy with adults and adolescents. I believe in the healing power of conversation, allowing me the privilege to help people overcome obstacles to being joyful, healthy and connected.
