As Sr. System Analyst, currently the campus analyst (for about 15 accounts) for the Synapse WMS in the Lehigh Valley for Geodis based in Breinigsville, PA, with facilities in Bethlehem and Kutztown, PA. Also, supports analysts in other parts of PA, OH and Toronto area. Responsibilities include system review for best productivity, system testing with customers, equipment repair and updating, working with account managers on questions/concerns of processes, etc- July 2002 thru July 2003 - Bedford Park, IL - Account Supervisor Bally Total Fitness Account - July 2003 thru Jan 2007 - Romeoville, IL - Was Account Manager for the Bally Total Fitness account which was a successful account for OHL. I also was involved in several other tasks, including the quality committee, Top Gun (forklift competition) and safety among others- Added Account Manager of the customer 180\'s during this time frame- Jan 2007 thru April 2009 - Romeoville, IL - Worked with all Synapse (WMS) accounts as a local support person (or SuperUser). As Inventory Manager, support and help lead all physical inventories for the Romeoville facility. Prepare, plan and, in some cases, create a cycle count plan for several accounts based on the customer\'s demands- April 2009 thru Current - Breinigsville, PA - Relocated to Breinigsville which is where my current location and responsibilities are as Sr. System Analyst.
