About Claude Winter

I have worked in the veterinary industry since 1985 in both sales and sales leadership roles. My passion is positioning others for professional success by way of servant leadership and extreme ownership principles. I do not believe in top down managment but to build up teams through decentralized responsibility. Once a team understands the why,(clarity of vision) and the strategy, they will then take extreme ownership in their roles which will drive success in all goals and objectives. In my role at Encore, I will strategically partner with our supporting vendors to help bring mutually beneficial value to them and to Encore. I will continue to explore our synergies that will help benefit our practices and veterinary community within Encore. In my spare time I have had a long and sustained passion for endurance sports such as running, biking, triathlons, strength training and hiking. I share this passion with my beautifu wife Michelle. Between us we have 3 children and 3 grandkids. And last but not least we love our little furry family, Tatum (yorkie), Tori, Chihuahua and Gracie our toy poodle.
