Patent Director with substantial IP, legal and tax experience, Claude leads a team of dedicated European Patent Attorneys who provides IP support to Clinical Microbiology, Industry business and Innovation & Data Analytics Units at a global level.He provides support to top Management in collaboration with Legal and Finance departments.He has acquired substantive experiense in business development projects. He leads IP in acquisition, licensing, distribution or OEM processes. He manages patent protection including drafting and third party rights analysis. Thanks to his very broad technical expertise, Claude is involved in a wide variety of R&D programs, in a plurality of technical fields, e.g. biology, chemistry, mechanics, etc. he took over softwares and databases protection strategy. Claude has been involves in-house IP Trainings for years and has created Training modules.Claude is also a teacher at the EM Lyon Business School where he handles IP Trainings.
