At Onyx, we don\'t just offer advice; we become an extension of your team, providing the strategic guidance and hands-on support needed to navigate complex challenges.My work centers on developing purpose-led strategies that build bridges between sectors. We specialize in designing and implementing community engagement initiatives, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs, and leadership development training. Our approach is multi-disciplinary, ensuring that every project is meticulously managed from conception to completion.Ultimately, I am driven by the opportunity to create lasting economic, social, and moral impact.
