ABOUT CLAUDE GERMAIN
Claude Germain is Founder and Managing Partner of Rouge River Investment Holdings (since 2009). Rouge River invests its own capital to acquire controlling interests in mid-market companies. Mr. Germain owns a diversified portfolio of operating businesses generating over $550 million in revenues. Mr. Germain has extensive governance experience in both private and public firms, and non-profit organizations; and serves on the Boards of The Canada Post Corporation, as well as a number of other private firms controlled by Rouge River. Prior to Rouge River, Mr. Germain served as President and CEO of large supply chain related businesses. Mr. Germain started his career as a management consultant for The Boston Consulting Group. Mr. Germain holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering Physics (Nuclear) from Queen’s University.
