ABOUT CLAUDE COLEMAN
I began career as an apprentice with CIS Security after leaving sixth form with no desire to go to university, like many of my classmates and friends.Following the completion of my apprenticeship, I was given the opportunity and took the decision to undertake a new role in the Sales department, with no previous experience.With extensive support from my colleagues and a keenness to learn, I’ve seen development within my skillset and personal attributes, including my confidence and communication. I’ve achieved great success within my role, progressing from Bid Coordinator to Bid Writer within the span of 18 months.Further to my development and recognition, I had the privilege to be part of and complete CIS’s 2023 Leadership Programme, developing a skillset specifically for leadership and management responsibilities. I also was nominated for and achieved the Young Security Professional award at CIS’s 2024 annual dinner and awards event!I look forward to continuing to my career journey in Sales and with CIS, and am excited for future prospects and opportunities.
