I\'m a CTO and technology strategist with 23+ years of experience in regulated financial services. Specialism in high-stakes, compliance-driven environments — translating complex regulatory and business requirements into technology that actually ships.At Fiscal FX I\'ve led two things I\'m particularly proud of: FCA authorisation from scratch in 10 months, and building an AI-native engineering model in a live production environment — Claude Code agents, Kubernetes microservices, JIRA via API, and CI/CD pipelines.
