A professor with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry, Dr. Manmohan Chhibber is a skilled organic chemist by training. He has extended his research involvement in materials to aid the detection of environmentally and biologically relevant substances.One of the senior faculties at Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, he has been assigned faculty training, laboratory administration and key decision-making responsibilities. Prof. Chhibber has also been associated with the Thapar School of Liberal Arts and Sciences (TSLAS) since its inception, besides being a faculty member at the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry. He has trained more than two fifty faculty members of the TIET through workshops and training programs as a faculty member at the Centre of Teaching and Learning. His alluring interaction style in teaching, faculty development programs and motivational discussions inspires attendees to think independently and raise queries. In March 2023, he was invited to Jammu University as a part of the team to conduct seminars and hands-on workshops on Outcome Based Learning Pedagogy. He delivered a talk on the development of Bloom\'s Taxonomy-based curriculum and assessment. He also assisted in training faculty members to understand and develop POs, COs and their mapping with PEO in a weeklong training program.
