My focus is on bringing structure to ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, and keeping delivery moving in a practical, steady way.I bring over 10 years of experience across post-secondary education, technology, and operations, with the past several years focused on leading academic and cross-functional projects. I work closely with academic leaders, faculty, instructional design, registrars, and student support units to coordinate projects, streamline processes, and ensure initiatives are delivered consistently and on time.In my current role as Program Manager at University Canada West, I lead the development and delivery of educational projects and multi-initiative portfolios that generate $350K+ in revenue and support 200+ learners and clients. My work often involves translating strategy into execution, maintaining clear documentation and workflows, and helping teams move forward with clarity during periods of change or growth.Prior to that, I supported technology and operations initiatives for global organizations including Sephora, Charles & Keith, and Club 21, building roadmaps, operational procedures, and cross-team delivery structures.
