During my career with Belk I have completed the Executive Trainee program, Accelerated Leadership program, have had experience as a Sales Team Manager, as well as a Operations Team Manager. My current role with Belk, Assistant Store Manager- Merchandising, includes all operational tasks such as brand management, teaching associates how to merchandise new and old goods in a way that appeals to the customer, recruiting, hiring and other human resource functions, driving fulfillment orders for our online customer, maintenance and upkeep of the store while driving sales, conversion, and customer service.
