With a technical background in engineering, I bring a detail-oriented, analytical mindset to marketing and sales operations—solving new problems and optimizing processes daily.I currently work in an operations role at PandaDoc, focusing on customer marketing campaign management, data integrity, marketing automation, and quality assurance (QA). I collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer marketing initiatives are executed smoothly, data flows properly between systems, and campaigns are optimized for impact and accuracy.Previously, I worked in the e-learning and online courses industry, where I led initiatives in marketing segmentation, CRM management, automation, and sales reporting. I spearheaded the company\'s adoption and implementation of HubSpot, building workflows, streamlining sales processes, and improving marketing lead analytics using tools like HubSpot, JustCall, Zapier, and others.Before transitioning to marketing and sales operations, I spent several years in the environmental engineering industry as a senior engineering specialist, honing my skills in technical writing, project management, and process design.At heart, I’m a technical problem-solver—driven by a passion to deeply understand systems and make them work better. That drive has shaped my journey from engineering into the dynamic world of marketing operations, CRM ecosystems, and automation.
