About Gail Clark
I have an award-winning career, excellent Business Development skills, and Administrative experience with the US DOL and SSA in the administration of the new workforce model, WIOA (Workforce Innovative Opportunity Act) while influencing clients and exceeding expectations. Passions of mine are business development, sales and service, research, engineering solutions and people. The Executive Director and Board of Trustees member of SUNY HVCC brought me into projects that were well beyond my regular job duties while working as a recruiter and admissions representative at the Educational Opportunity Center. Business Development Manager niche include ability to unearth leads, manage sales staff, develop a quality control system, and work with technicians and logistics that earned me the nickname, by outside sales staff, of the “Great Gazoo”,(alien character from Flintstones cartoon) when I was an Inside Sales and Marketing Specialist. Insurance sales gave me an opportunity to write an impressive Book of Business (BOB) with a business development model and awards that built a foundation ripe to grow upon.
