Achievements• Launch of the first SME-focused Device as a Service (DaaS) product for Vodafone Group.• Clear leadership and direction to improve customer experience across multiple digital platforms.• Working effectively with local & global teams to drive the product development roadmap within SAFe® frameworks.• Led key relationships with strategic global partners & equipment manufacturers.Key ResponsibilitiesWorking within the Global Vodafone Business organisation, my role as Group Product Manager is accountable for developing and maintaining the Vodafone Business Managed Devices (VBMD) product within the Mobility portfolio, the first SME-focused DaaS product launched for Vodafone Group. The role requires extensive liaison with local markets to capture and interlock on requirements, enhance the product, and ensure successful rollout to achieve commercial success. As Product Manager it is my responsibility to develop, maintain and drive the 18-month product development roadmap to meet strategic goals. Working with key strategic partners and equipment manufacturers is key to ensure that the product meets customer needs and relationships are maintained. From Business Case creation to working with the Commercial Performance team, it is my responsibility to ensure that key KPI’s of in-year success are monitored and delivered against. I have been able to demonstrate my experience in Digital by working across several digital customer touchpoints within Mobility to continually improve user experience. I have also been able to work closely with customers and Account Managers to gather insight to improve the product experience. Extensive and effective cross-functional working is critical to success, and I regularly work across the Global organisation with a broad number of functional areas. Other roles within the Mobility team have included working on expansion of our MNC-focused DaaS product (Device Lifecycle Management) and Unified Endpoint Management portfolio.
