Designed, built, and implemented a Project Management Enterprise System (PMES) synchronizing departmental workflows using Excel, Project, Planner, Smartsheet, and MS Teams. Maintained the Integrated Master Schedule, billed productions, optimized resources, and evaluated/mitigated risks with Business Intelligence (BI) software.Maintained keen attention to details and used of industry “Best Practices” process improvement to speed preclinical research to clinical trials. Drafted/introduced/managed the first use of Target Product Profile (TPP) and CMC Module 3 templates at SJCRH for clinical development.Provided in-depth FDA regulatory guidance assessments and Scientific and Technical Intelligence reports to Stakeholders.Managed multidepartment and GMP-specific meetings in person and virtually utilizing MS Teams and WebEx.
