About Chloe Rhoden
Passionate, self-driven and dedicated are just a few words that can be used to describe who I am. In both day-to-day life tasks or in a professional setting, I\'m always ready to make a lasting impression and build(and strengthen) new(and veteran) interpersonal relationships. I earned my dual major in Marketing and Professional Sales from The University of Toledo with Magna Cum Laude honors. The University of Toledo has one of the top ranking Sales programs in the USA, and exposure to their world class sales curriculum heavily influenced my professional development. My time has a dedicated student at UT was rewarded with a selective summer internship with Fortune 500 recognized, Owens Corning. Upon successful competition of three internships, I took a role in the Inside Sales department for their Mechanical Insulation Business. In 2019, I decided to take a risk and try out the elevator industry. While I was gaining valuable sales skills and insights from my time singularly focusing on my career, I began to genuinely miss the structure and discipline of higher education (Cue my Parents/High School Teachers Disbelief) and I applied to work towards my MBA from Washington State University as a Wazoo Coug. I am now applying my education from both the University of Toledo\'s College of Business, as well as my MBA education from WSU\'s Carson College of Business, to provide a world class, long-term sales experience to Otis Elevator customers across the USA. I thrive under pressure and crave continuous education, including personal and professional feedback. I have a genuine passion for offering meaningful contributions to process improvements through the application and presentation of thoughtful solutions to real experiences that I uncover as a dedicated, Internal and External, customer advocate. I have absolutely found my niche in sales and look forward to a long career while revolutionizing the sales experience for all previous, current, and future customers that I get the pleasure to work with.
