Most recently I worked as a non-executive Director / Chair with the leaders of agencies and consultancies to help them grow, increase their profitability and build a more sustainable business which is less reliant on the founders.Previously I founded and grew a management consultancy firm which was sold in 2010. My subsequent venture bottled this experience to help growing consultancies to become more profitable and the business management technology platform called Metis was sold in September 2017.Through my advisory roles with a handful of ambitious agencies and consultancies I combined commercial, creative, technical and operational skills into straight talking advice based on real world experience of building and selling mid-sized companies.I have been fortunate to work with many leading organisations on strategy and business development, commercial assessment, go-to-market, operational and technology planning and implementation.I now work as a volunteer mentor / consultant with individuals, charities and smaller companies to deploy my experience and stay connected to the worlds that interest me.
