Reflecting a diverse professional background; stretching from line cook, Sysco - national accounts sales, special events, catering, education, and product development. I have learned to be creative and find opportunities in every problem. With the shut down of the restaurant business in March of 2020, my bloody mary and sauce company nearly took a terminal loss, however, a new opportunity presented itself with the legalization of to-go cocktails from Ohio restaurants. I was able to leverage relationships and skills to create and launch Pope\'s Cocktails, the first resealable, spirit-based cocktail pouch in the U.S. This spirit of innovation and adaptability is what defines my approach to life.
