   My responsibilities include structuring, advising and providing lending commitments to US Power (electricity generation including natural gas, renewable (solar, wind, and hydro) and transmission) project financing transactions executed in the bank, private placement and institutional loan markets. I have worked lead arranged project finance transactions with a transaction volume of over $20 billion including Copper Mountain Solar 3, Linden Cogeneration, Newark Energy Center, CPV Valley & Fairview, Astoria Energy II in addition to ArcLight’s Michigan Power, Mesquite, and the notes refinancing for Gator Power II Holdings. In addition, I have worked on numerous syndicated re-pricings including transactions for CPV Sentinel, CPV Keenan, and CWEN (Carlsbad, Buckthorn, Laredo Ridge, Solar Alpine, Walnut Creek, Marsh Landing, El Segundo, Wind Repowering). Most recently, I worked on LS Power\'s Gridiron Holdco and Granite, JPower\'s Jackson, Clearway\'s Mesquite Star and Carlyle\'s RISEC transactions. I have worked my entire career at MUFG (formerly Union Bank) in a utility lending or project financing origination role, and I completed MUFG\'s analyst training program shortly after graduating from college. I hold a B.S. in Business Administration (finance concentration) from the University of Southern California.
