I am a PhD economist specializing in transfer pricing and intangible valuation issues. I have extensive experience in transfer pricing controversy at all levels (Exam, Appeals, Competent Authority/MAP), and have prepared expert witness for use in Tax Court on a number of occasions. I participated in transfer pricing discussions at the OECD regarding BEPS, have met with tax authorities in a number of foreign countries, and have led transfer pricing training sessions for the SAT. I have also worked on global documentation projects, and have a strong interest in operational transfer pricing issues as well as addressing the challenges brought about by recent Action 13 documentation guidelines around CbC reporting, master file and local file.
