I\'ve spent the past 22 years at SERA Architects working to advance sustainable design in the built environment. I am now focusing all of my energy on climate policy, advocacy and strategic facilitation work as both a volunteer and as a consultant, dedicated to to accelerating changes in our industry towards a decarbonized economy.When I\'m not working I am likely out of doors playing disc golf, cycling, hiking or kayaking with my partner.Specialties: Policy, Advocacy and Strategic Facilitation around: Decarbonization, Electrification, Sustainability, Green Building, EcoDistricts, Energy Efficiency, Urban Water Systems and related City, County, State & Federal policies.

As a Principal at SERA for over 20 years, I\'ve had the good fortune to contribute to the growth and identity of the firm, particularly in the realm of sustainability. Now, in my role as Principal Emeritus, I\'m turning my attention to climate policy and advocacy work full time, which over the past few years has been an increasing focus of my work at the firm. I\'m excited to see how my efforts in the broader community can continue to support the good work that SERA is doing, while furthering the industry\'s efforts toward decarbonization.
