About Clarisse Baudraz-Vonck
Human rights professional with four years of experience in policy analysis, legal research, and stakeholder engagement across UN bodies, NGOs, think tanks, and academia. My work sits at the intersection of international policy, human rights law, and evidence-based research and advocacy, with a core focus on gender justice and women’s rights. I bring a specialized skillset in translating complex analysis into clear, actionable outputs for a range of audiences.Multilingual and trained in policy writing and intercultural dialogue, I seek roles that bridge research, policy, and stakeholder engagement to advance human rights. I bring experience in policy and legal research, report and memo drafting, and stakeholder engagement in fast-paced, multicultural environments.Thematically, I have gained experience in a range of human rights topics, including gender rights, civil and political rights, migration and refugee protection, and the rights of older persons, honing a specific skillset in intersectional analyses of human rights violations and access to protection. As a committed human rights activist, collaborative strategic thinker, and curious learner at heart, I\'m dedicated to the promotion and protection of human rights through evidence-based analysis, advocacy and policy engagement. Always open to connecting with others in the human rights and international policy space!
