ABOUT CLARISSE BLANCHE
Currently driving IT optimization and GenAI integration at Chanel, I enhance collaborative and individual productivity. My focus is on actively contributing to the Digital Workplace transformation by overseeing different infrastructure changes and managing the evolution of the diverse Microsoft 365 services, ensuring all teams have the most efficient tools. The ultimate goal is a seamless digital environment where all collaborators of the House are able to connect and co-create effectively. Deeply interested in innovation and the practical impact of AI, I believe technology should first and foremost serve people. When used thoughtfully, AI can significantly improve both individual focus and team efficiency, not by replacing human skills but by supporting them. Staying open-minded toward new technologies is essential in a fast-moving digital environment, where the real value of innovation lies in how it helps people work better together, make clearer decisions, and create more meaningful outcomes.Accademically, my background is defined by a global perspective. With three degrees across Business and Information Systems from France, Sweden, and the United States (MSc from DePaul University), I have developed the ability to adapt to different cultures and business environments. I am now rounding out my academic journey with an MSc in Project Management at Neoma Business School, where I am actively deepening my technical leadership skills and mastering Scrum and Agile frameworks. As an optimist who believes in the power of collaboration, I welcome the opportunity to connect and discuss the future of digital innovation.🫱🫲Thank you for taking the time to read about me!
