I am a Delivery Director-level telecoms leader with 15+ years’ experience scaling national fibre and wireless infrastructure programmes across complex, regulated environments.My career has been built on transforming delivery functions into commercially strong, governance-led, high-performing operations. I have led £10M–£15M+ portfolios across FTTP, vRAN and Network Design & Build, owning end-to-end accountability from bid strategy through mobilisation, execution and executive reporting.Currently leading national Wireless and vRAN programmes within Indigo, I hold full delivery accountability for Vodafone portfolio operations, including operating model design, financial governance, H&S compliance and cross-border team leadership.
