Manage contract responsibilities as a certified Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), including oversight of contractor performance and deliverables. Review and approve invoices in alignment with contract terms and maintain PCard purchasing duties following federal procurement standards.Key Accomplishments:• Led public engagement for Chicago’s $1.97B Red Line Extension Full Funding Grant Agreement.• Directed messaging for the $149.9M IndyGo Small Starts Grant Award, communicating long-term impacts.• Produced a national newsletter tailored to 10 FTA regions, sharing transit updates and funding news.
