Stanford PACS develops and shares knowledge to improve philanthropy, strengthen civil society and effect social change- Assist in providing mid-year and year-end organization metric updates by managing the collection, analysis, design, and storytelling related to impact data, resulting in refining program effectiveness- Support and manage the grant writing and reporting process across 4 research labs, ensuring timely submission and adherence to all requirements- Collaborate closely with the Director of Partnerships and Community on organization-wide projects and serve as a liaison with department project managers, resulting in an increase in project efficiency- Help establish and identify new procedures and processes such as creating an organization-wide intake form to collect program updates to amplify work in socials and newsletters, resulting in a more centralized organization- Support events across all departments including registration and set-up at the annual Nonprofit Management Institute that convened more than 400 nonprofit leaders, photography and set-up for Stanford PACS public events, and tech and set-up support for our Digital Civil Society Lab’s Speaker Series- Research and evaluate potential donor and board member profiles aligned with organizational mission and value, resulting in successful funding discussions
