Developed and facilitated equity-centered strategies in collaboration with 8 community-based organizations and city government agencies to engage residents and solicit input for the decennial Comprehensive Plan- Facilitated four workshops to educate and engage Baltimore City residents, private and public stakeholders on co-developing City government strategies for food equity, environment, trees & greening, and affordable housing- Wrote edits to the Comprehensive Plan based on extensive community feedback provided online and in-person- Completed a city planning course in a cohort of 30 residents, learning about Baltimore urban planning histories and solutions to create a more equitable city through planning efforts
