For over 20 years, I’ve built partnerships that turn generosity into lasting change. As Director of Development for the University of Memphis Herff College of Engineering, I lead major gifts strategy, stewarding a portfolio of 100+ donors and corporate partners to raise over $1M in support of education and innovation.My earlier roles with The Salvation Army, Meharry Medical College, and Vanderbilt University Medical Center sharpened my expertise in campaign design, planned giving, and donor engagement. At every stage, I’ve integrated strategic thinking with heartfelt storytelling to build trust, inspire generosity, and advance mission-aligned growth.Rooted in faith, I’ve served in long-standing leadership roles at Christ the King Lutheran Church and as a Bible Study Fellowship leader.
