LDC backed, 2021 saw two powerhouses in the property sector, Lomond Capital and Linley & Simpson merge to form The Lomond Group, a network of market-leading lettings and estate agents. The Lomond Group operates across the UK Scotland, Yorkshire, Manchester, Birmingham and Brighton with ambitious plans to widen our footprint. As Lomond Group HRD, I have led the implementation of a group people framework, including HR system, LMS and ATS systems. Alignment of a shared services model, GPTW reviews and a strategic people framework to provide a platform for our colleagues to grow and develop. As we continue with our ambitious acquisition strategy, the HR team support all Mergers and Acquisitions working closely with the business to ensure a smooth transaction of Legal Due Diligence, TUPE and smooth integration into the wider group of businesses. Lomond Group is a network of some of the strongest regional brands and estate agents and lettings businesses across the UK. Our regional businesses benefit from the opportunity to build the business via the on-going support for acquisitions, support on generating significant organic growth and the ability to rely on central resources in such areas as Finance, Operations, Regulation, Compliance, IT and Human Resources.
