Passionate about the links between the natural world, food and health, and anything relating to sustainable healthcare. Hate waste in any form. Love the fact that I am employed to make an organisation more sustainable - after all the opposite would be to make it less sustainable. Enjoy making connections internally and externally, finding and facilitating solutions, and communicating about (nearly) everything relating to the environment. Happy to get stuck in and make things happen. I enjoy finding solutions to problems and helping people and organisations to reduce their environmental impact, often saving money and time in the process. I specialise in communicating at various levels of an organisation, creating newsletters, presentations and training for target audiences. With a PhD in Polymer Chemistry I now find myself particularly interested in the impact plastics have (positive and negative) on the environment and health. I co-organised a successful conference in June 2019, Plastics: From Cradle to Grave and Resurrection.I have been fortunate to have a varied career encompassing private and public sector, small and large organisations.
