From scaling last-mile delivery at Kroger during the height of the pandemic to modernizing a legacy retailer at GameStop through meme-stock volatility and leadership upheaval, I’ve built and rebuilt product strategies during some of the most dynamic business environments imaginable.What sets me apart is my ability to seamlessly zoom out to define vision and zoom in to drive execution. At CarMax, I led the inception of the company’s largest modernization initiative, bringing clarity and direction to a highly complex reimagination of vehicle reconditioning and service operations.
