Heading the security function at a chemical plant, with an annual turnover of crores. At Finolex- Heading Security and Vigilance of Port operations and Chemical Plant. Coordinating the housekeeping, transport and gardening efforts of 650 acre campus with office, plant, port, warehousing, school and housing colonies infrastructure. At VVF- Over the years reduced the manpower committed by over 40% by systematic introduction of Automation, electronic surveillance and improving intelligence gathering. Created a resilient organization by analysing corporate data and regular security and intelligence updates by skilfull liaising with various stake holders. In alignment with corporate priorities, have led diverse teams to augment security, safety and efficiency in managing facilities. Identified CSR initiatives in plant vicinity and implemented them. In my stint with Torrent power generation at Surat, Gujarat, manager, I helped add value to lives by organising the recreational area of the employee colony, drawing from my experience as an instructor in the Army institute of physical training. A truly World class facility was set up for the residents. I have trained the army command team in combat shooting and was chief coach of the same in 1997/98. I was the G1, director of operations and training in Counterinsurgency force HQs which operated with troops directly under command. In my militiary service I have held multiple roles, and as staff offr Admin in Guards Regimental Centre helped manage acre property which included school, Canteen and many facilities. As training officer Coordinated training for over troops at a time. Helped raise the jungle warfare school in Kashmir valley with over personnel undergoing training in Counter Insurgency environment. I have a proven record of extracting the best out of the persons in my team to achieve extraordinary results. I get to root cause of all issues and empower my team to be self sufficient in carrying out their tasks.
