Charged with helping add scale to the Banking & Cap Mkts and Risk and Finance practices within PwC’s Advisory line of business. Has worked on various large scale transformation projects delivered to securities companies, trust banks, asset managers and securities services providers (i.e, TAs, FAs, Custodians, etc.). Significant experience in front to back office projects as well as target operating model design. This is buttressed by business development and engagement oversight responsibilities across a large portfolio of risk and finance value propositions identified as strategic areas of importance for the firm.Examples of my responsibilities and experiences include the following:o Led the migration of the hedging operations and related systems infrastructure of a global insurer from its APAC regional offices back to Group offices, a high profile exercise which entailed, amongst other things, oversight for organisational change and communications, vendor selection and SLAs, and systems validation and acceptance testing.o Programme management of the strategy and execution of a new middle office investment management vendor selection for OTC Derivs and Collateral as well as Central Clearing.Oversight of a number of global transformation programmes, to include the re-engineering of a back-office department spanning business specifications definition and documentation, procedures documentation, workflows definition, interfaces development specifications and system testing management).o P&L ownership and full cycle pipeline management, to include initial sales generation, development of proposals in response to client RFIs, solution delivery, overall engagement oversight and resourcing strategy.o Shared ownership of recruiting, deployment and career development of professionals comprising our FS –Consulting service offerings.
