Established companywide Production Security, Talent Security, Logistics, and safety standards through the following steps (though not limited to the list)• Design and implemented all access control and credentialing,(physical and online) for all events and productions.• Conduct Threat Assessments and Analysis for each event.• Serve as liaison between outside security vendors and law enforcement and liaised with local, state, and federal law enforcement and emergency response agencies.• Global responsibility for all BET Networks branded physical productions (worldwide).• Provided all BET Branded entities with support with issuing risks and advisories while serving as the central point-of-contact for productions and liaison to high-level executives.• Serve as the Risk Management lead for all Production.• Inclusive international experience implementing appropriate strategies related to security, safety, assets, brand, location, and protection of people (travel) and intellectual property• Manage multiple co-production partnerships creating synergies in processes and delivery.(Scripted, Unscripted, Partnerships, Third-party or independent).• Created and implemented Vendor-based model to ensure all productions have extended and full-time coverage for close protection, content protection, and set protection needs.• Work closely with our Global Team to coordinate real-time system integrations thereby pushing and ingesting relevant production information for proper emergency escalation through Global Security Operations Center.• Global lead for all BET Networks branded productions (i.e, premieres, award shows, screenings, location shoots, etc.) with responsibility of all in-house security strategy, planning, vendor sourcing and logistics
