I have over five years of experience in IT operational support, working with different platforms, environments, and systems, such as Unix/Linux, Windows, Virtual, Middleware, and AWS Cloud. I have also worked as a Corporate Engineer, a Systems Engineer, and a System Analyst for various companies, where I supported monitoring, performance, analysis, and restoration of services for digital channels, production environments, and application health. I am proficient in Microsoft 365 Administration and Active Directory, and I have multiple certification trainings in the Tech Space.
