I help law firms to retain and develop their talent by supporting lawyers to find direction and make positive changes to enable them to move forward in their career or professional life. I am a qualified professional development coach and facilitator who draws on nearly 20 years’ experience as a Solicitor, working in international and national law firms and business. My open, honest and engaging coaching style provides space for reflection which can prompt new thinking and generate clarity, focus and change. My particular interest is in career development and transitions. I work with individuals who want to make a change in their career or professional life. They may be working towards a promotion, moving into a new role or leadership position, changing sectors or returning to work after a career break. I help them to prepare for the transition and develop new ways of working once they are there. I also enable individuals to reflect on their career to date and identify their options before they take steps to move forward.I adopt an encouraging, non-judgemental approach to give individuals the time and space to unlock their own potential and make lasting changes.
