Coaching executive students through their Senior Leader Apprenticeship (Business Administration) programme. This includes supporting students as they work within their Learning Teams and tackle a ‘live’ challenge in the workplace for their strategy module. This involves using action learning and general facilitation techniques within the teams to help students explore the issues in greater depth. Within the team setting, the objective is for students to share their experiences but also for them to ask explorative questions of each other.
