An experienced Career Coach with a deep knowledge of recruitment and talent management gained as a HR Business Partner in the City. Treating each client as an individual they are encouraged to identify their skills, strengths and values to find the appropriate next step in their career. My role at 10Eighty includes:* Interview specialist, providing support in all aspects of the interview process (preparation, practise, adopting positive psychology). With a deep understanding of what interviewers are looking for, whether that’s strength based or competency based interviewing. Providing advice on how to prepare, practise and use psychology to move from good to great. Successfully prepared candidates for Board Level opportunities, calibrating questions based on their seniority and sector. Worked internationally for an investment bank, interviewing Managing Directors and Executive Directors in Russia, Israel and Turkey (as well as in London).
