Playing a pivotal role as part of the HR Integration Team ensuring Harbour Energy\'s (HE) transformational acquisition of Wintershall Dea\'s (WD) upstream assets is on track and completes on time. Part of a wider corporate team to help work the $11.2 billion deal which is expected to transform HE into one of the world\'s largest and geographically diverse independent oil and gas companies.Activities include- Working to very aggressive legally binding deadlines - Project Managing critical specialist workstreams to ensure Day1 readiness - Liaising with WD HR to understand the HR working environment including German Work Council Procedures, HR processes, suppler contracts and systems and putting processes in place to ensure continuity for Day 1- Working all aspects of a large scale internal re-org to help build a much larger corporate centre which will support a much larger and growing business
