Overseeing the office operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and alignment with strategic goals. Whilst reporting direct to the Façades\' Managing Director, I work closely with the Commercial Manager, Operations Manager (site) and Health & Safety Manager to ensure all operational processes and procedures are in line with legislation, governance and ISO commitments. I also serve as a company representative (alongside the Operations Manager) on regulatory issues whilst striving to improve operating procedures, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow, processes, and management reporting.
