After 3.5 years with the Vodafone Technology Academy, then 6 years in Group L&D co-ordinating numerous leadership training programmes, May 2021 saw me in a new role in the Global Leadership Development team. From Sept 2021, I have had the privilege to encompass my passion for Coaching and Wellbeing as I design, build and maintain a Global Coaching Programme in Vodafone as Coaching Lead. I am an ICF PCC, EMCC Senior Practitioner, EMCC Coach Supervisor, and certified Group Coach, currently co-creating a Master Coach certification programme (and getting ever closer to the 2500 hours required).
