I have been a nurse for 17 years and love my job. Connecting with patients and families in such a way that helps them through their illness is one of the best and most rewarding aspect of what I do. I enjoy working alongside all my coworkers - be they fellow RN\'s, MD\'s, RT\'s, Techs, NA\'s, unit reps, housekeeping. I enjoy a wonderful rapport. I am passionate about tending to the needs of critically ill patients and helping them along their trajectory to better health. I continue to be dedicated to individualized patient and family centered care. I collaborate well with the healthcare team to utilize all resources available to provide the highest quality and most effective treatment plan. I have a very strong conviction for patient advocacy.
