I am a patent litigation and Life Sciences specialist. With over 20 years experience of acting exclusively for clients in the Life Sciences sector, I have been involved in numerous ground-breaking multi-jurisdictional patent and trade mark actions. I am one of the few patent litigators in the UK to have had multiple cases before the CJEU, Supreme Court and Court of Appeal. With more than 30 reported cases to my name, my experience in leading patent revocations for clients in the Life Sciences sector is genuinely unrivalled. My clients range from multi-national pharmaceutical companies and wholesalers to niche R & Ds and biotechs. In my current role at Pinsent Masons I am the head of IP and Life Sciences. We are recognised for using law and litigation as a business facilitator and creating cutting edge strategies to deliver commercial success for our clients.
