I am a passionate, practical and contractually astute HSE Leader with 27year’s experience in delivering and managing HSSE on major International projects based in Australia, Egypt, UK, Canada, Kazakhstan, Croatia, Turkey, Ireland and India.I have worked for client and contractor organisations and my HSE management experience has been acquired whilst working on multimillion Dollar; Oil and Gas, Nuclear/Decommissioning, Infrastructure, Power, Civil, Rail and Industrial Projects.I have been influential in driving behaviours and improving the HSE performance and culture within all the organisations that I work in. I believe that every single person within an organisation is inherently responsible for HSE and should be empowered by the application of company policy and procedures, company culture and leadership to facilitate change. Passionate about promoting health to have the same parity as safety.
